A full refund, less the registration fee (CAD $300.00) and bank services fee at $45 per transaction, will be granted only if a student’s application for a Study Permit is refused by Canadian Immigration Authorities.
To obtain a refund, the student must provide:
– The original letter of refusal from Citizenship & Immigration Canada
– The original William Academy’s Letter of Acceptance
– The original William Academy’s Receipt of Tuition Paid
There will be no refund if a student chooses to withdraw for reasons other than the Study Permit being denied.
There will be no refund if the student is found in violation of school policies and is dismissed from the school.
There will be no refund if a student changes immigration status during the school year. For example, a student who becomes a Permanent Resident of Canada after tuition fee is paid is not entitled to a refund.
