Care Services

Students in Secondary School and under the age of 18 years must have a legal custodian who is an adult Canadian citizen or permanent resident, who has to prepare a custodianship declaration, stating that arrangement have been made for the custodian to act in place of a parent. The legal custodian has to prepare two forms, one is signed by the parents at the notarization authority in their country, and another one is signed by the legal custodian at the notarization authority in his/her country. The custodian holds the custody rights for the activities of the student in Canada.

At William Academy, we provide our students with custodianship service. We ensure that our students are being taken good care of in Canada, thus their parents no longer need to worry about their beloved children who are thousand miles away.
