William Academy
We know it’s not easy to leave your home to study in a new country. To help you adjust to the many changes, we have developed a variety of services for international students upon their arrival.
We provide the following free services to international students:
1. Airport Pick Up
We offer an airport pick up service when required.
2. Orientation
At William, we help our students to adapt their new Canadian environment. We assist every new student with opening a bank account, signing up for cell phone plan, activating health insurance, applying library card and touring around Toronto and Niagara Falls.
3. Multiple Entry Visa & Visa Extension
When a student’s initial study permit is close to expiring, the student must extent his/her study permit to remain in Canada. If a student chooses to leave the country for their holidays, they will require a re-entry visa. William Academy assists students with visa applications.
4. Parental Visitation
We welcome parents to visit the school during the school year. In addition, we are happy to assist in organizing visitor visas as well as sight-seeing opportunities.
5. A US Visa
With the valid study permit and strong academic performance, international students are also eligible to apply for US Visa.
6. Immigration Advising Services
Our International Student Office provides students with professional advice and guidance on immigration matters such as extending study permits, and obtaining re-entry/visitor/US visas. William Academy staff provide assistance and guidance academic and non-academic environments.
